What Size Does My Logo Need to Be?
When adding a logo to your job board, there are multiple points you need to take into consideration to achieve an optimal view.
Generally, the best practice for aligning the logo fully within your header is to keep them within the following parameters:
For horizontally oriented logos: 100-120 pixels in height and 375-500 pixels in width.
For squared logos: 160-320 pixels in height & 160-320 pixels in width
In the example below, the logo is horizontal and the sizes are 100px (Height) and 420px (Width)

Sometimes, when using a third-party tool to create a logo, the downloaded file may include an image with a lot of empty space, and the actual logo positioned in the center.
When such an image is uploaded as a logo, the presence of these empty spaces will considerably reduce the visual of the logo within the header.

To fix this, you will need to crop out the empty spaces and re-upload an image that fully reflects the logo:
