How to Enable Zapier on Your Job Board?
Available On Advanced & Enterprise Plans
Zapier integration helps you automate various tasks by connecting your job board to external apps through triggers and actions, such as enrolling new job alert subscribers in your external newsletter on Mailchimp, syncing new employer data with a CRM like HubSpot, or creating a new job posting from your Greenhouse ATS.
Triggers are events that automatically start a workflow when something happens on your job board, such as a new job seeker profile signing up. Below is a list of available triggers:
New Active Job
New Employer
New Job Alert Subscription
New Job Application
New Order
New Job Seeker Profile
Unsubscribed From Job Alert
Actions are tasks that Zapier performs automatically when triggered, such as adding a job. The following actions are available:
Create Employer
Create Job
Create Job Seeker Profile
To enable the Zapier integration on your job board navigate to Dashboard > Job Board Settings > Zapier Integration and enable the integration , then click on the invite link in the blue banner to enable JBoard in your Zapier account.

After enabling, copy the Zapier auth key (API key) from your dashboard, and navigate to your account at Zapier.
Once you are logged in to your Zapier account, you can click on Create > Zaps to start creating your new workflow:

Within the workflow, you can set up a Trigger or an Action event and you will be required to select an App.

In the app search bar, type in JBoard and click on the first result
Important: If you haven’t clicked on the invite link highlighted above, you will not be able to find JBoard in the App list

Once selected, you will be prompted to choose a trigger/action event from the dropdown:

After you choose the event type you will need to connect your JBoard account, and this is where you will need to paste the Zapier auth key that is provided in your job board's Zapier Integration section.

Once added, you can finalize the connection and proceed with testing the action/trigger to finalize your workflow.
