How to Add Custom SEO Content to Job Listing Pages?

Custom SEO content lets you enrich your job listing pages with valuable, keyword-optimized content that attracts qualified candidates and improves your search engine visibility.

How to Add Custom SEO Content

Navigate to Dashboard > SEO Tools > Custom SEO Content and click on New Content. Below, you can find the details of each field and how you can use them:

Page URI

In this field, insert the unique path of the job listing page you want to add content to, that comes after /jobs. For example, if your page URL is:
www.yourdomain.com/jobs/customer-support/in-seattle-washington-united-states

You should enter the following path in the URI field: /customer-support/in-seattle-washington-united-states

Important: Filtered pages with query parameters (like ?location=...) are not supported by the Custom SEO Content tool. Only static pages like the one above can be modified here. You can find all the static job listing URLs in your job board's sitemap

Additional Content

In this section, we recommend adding relevant content to enhance the job listing page. Doing so can help attract more targeted traffic through search engines and increase the time users spend on the page. This content can also improve the page’s overall SEO value. Some ideas include:

A brief overview of the job category/type/tag (e.g., what customer support roles typically involve)
Common job titles and responsibilities
Salary expectations or ranges
Tips on how to apply or succeed in the role
What employers usually look for in ideal candidates
Links to related resources (e.g., resume tips, cover letter guides)
This section should be educational, well-structured, and keyword-rich, similar to a short blog article, to help both job seekers and employers land on this page while searching for content around this topic.

Custom H1 Text

If you’d like to override the default H1 heading for this page, enter it here. Otherwise, it will use the default title you have used in the SEO Titles & Descriptions section.

Custom SEO Title & Description

These fields are optional. If left blank, the page will automatically use the default SEO title and description defined for the category/tag/location etc.

They control how your page appears in search results. Adding a clear, keyword-rich title and to-the-point description can help attract more clicks and improve visibility.

Once everything is set, click Create to publish your custom SEO content for the page.
