If I Create an Employer Through the Job Board Admin Panel, Is There a Way for That Employer to Sign In and Make Changes?

The answer is yes. As the administrator of the job board, you can invite the employer to claim their account. To do it you need to follow the following steps

Step 1: Open the Employer’s Search Page




Step 2: Select the Employer That You Want to Invite


Here you can search and select the employer that you want to invite to claim their profile. As you can see, in this example we are gong to invite Starbucks to claim their profile.



Step 3: Now Click on the “Invite to Register” Action





Step 4: Send the Invitation


Enter the employer’s address email to which you want to send the invitation and click on "Invite to Register" button.



As the job board admin that's all you need to do, now the employer will receive an email with a secure link, which will allow them to claim their company profile.

Here is an example of the email that the employer will receive


and once the employer clicks on the "Claim the account" button, they will be redirected to the page, where they can enter their password and claim the account.
