How Can One Employer Manage Multiple Companies?
Available With “Employer Sub-Accounts” Feature
Employers or recruiters hiring for more than one company can conveniently manage them within one account on your job board.
Here’s a video walkthrough on how one employer can manage multiple companies
Employers can add another company profile by navigating to their Dashboard > Company Profile section and clicking on the Add Company button.
When adding a company, the employer needs to fill out the form with the required information and custom fields (if any) and click on the Add Company button in order to create another company profile.
Admins can assign another company profile to an existing employer by navigating to the Dashboard > Employers section, selecting the employer they want to assign, clicking the Actions button in the top-right corner, and Invite to Register.
After adding the email address of the existing employer you want to assign to the specified company profile, you will see a pop-up window with the following message on whether to proceed with adding the employer as the owner of the company profile:
Once registered, the employer will be able to switch between the company profiles from their Dashboard.
