Closing Job Posts Before Their Expiration Date
Employers can use the Close Job option to deactivate a job post before its expiration date. This is useful when a job has been filled, and the employer no longer needs the listing active.
Here's a video walkthrough on how you can Close the job post:
To Close a Job Post:
Employers will see the option to close a job post under the My Account > Jobs section.
Employers can select the Close Job option from the dropdown menu.

Afterward, the employer needs to choose one of the provided reasons of why they wish to close the job.

As an admin, you can see this information in the Jobs section by locating to the specific job that has been marked with a Closed status.

What Happens When a Job is Closed:
When a job is closed, it will no longer be published on the job board, and it's status will switch from Active to Closed
The Total Jobs count in your dashboard will remain the same.
Tracking the Total Number of Closed Jobs:
Admins later can track the total number of closed jobs from their dashboard report:
