# Subscription Cancellation Report

To help job board admins better track and reduce employer churn, we offer a **Subscription Cancellation Report** that provides clear insights into why employers are cancelling their subscriptions.
You can filter by date, review individual feedback, and view a breakdown of the responses in a pie chart.

# How To Customize Cancellation Options?

By default, JBoard provides a set of predefined cancellation reasons. To customize them, go to your dashboard and navigate to **Monetization > Cancellation** Options. From there, you can add, edit, or remove the available options.

When adding or editing an option, you can choose whether it should prompt the employer for additional details, and whether that field should be required.

If checked, employers will be asked for more information when selecting that specific option:
